Cheltenham Home Inspection was established in 2007 by Chris Holmes when he qualified as a Home Inspector. The business has expanded steadily, providing Energy Performance certificates (EPCs) for homeowners selling their properties.
The services offered have expanded to include Floor Plans, Property Particulars, Virtual Tours, Inventories and Photovoltaic (PV) Panel Surveys.
All EPC and inventory data is processed electronically using eTech software.
In 2013 we will be providing a Green Deal Advice Report (GDAR) service to consumers. A key element of the Green Deal is independence and impartiality of advice for which we are perfectly positioned in the market place as a fully independent local business.
All EPC data collected during the site survey is electronically recorded and the result of your EPC can usually be viewed there and then at the end of the survey. More complex properties may require some desk work off site and generally the EPC is lodged the same day and a PDF copy and / or web link (URL) sent directly to you and your agent.
